Classics

Yzaguirre offers three varieties of its classic vermouths: Yzaguirre Clásico Blanco, Yzaguirre Clásico Rojo, and Yzaguirre Clásico Rosado.

Among them are Yzaguirre Blanco Reserva, Yzaguirre Dry Reserva, and Yzaguirre Rojo Reserva: With a mahogany-red color, the 12 months of aging in oak barrels give it consistency and character.

Selection

Yzaguirre Selección 1884 is the crown jewel of Yzaguirre vermouths. The two-month maceration of the herbs helps stabilize the aroma and color of the blend, making it a unique vermouth of its kind. A high-quality vermouth whose lengthy “Solera-style” aging process gives it a very special palate. Yzaguirre revives an original formula from the late 19th century that incorporates classic botanicals, notably Mediterranean citrus such as Orange Blossom, as well as Dittany of Crete, Angelica, Gentian, and Florentine Iris.
