The history of Harveys dates back to 1796, when Williams Perry exported sherry between the Bay of Cádiz and the Port of Bristol. Years later, John Harvey joined the company, establishing John Harvey & Sons in 1871, with a focus on sherry production.

Harveys Very Old Amontillado

Harveys Very Old Amontillado V.O.R.S. is a sherry crafted using the traditional Criaderas and Solera system. Its aging process of at least 30 years in American oak casks is certified and guaranteed, giving it a unique and exceptional flavor.

Harveys Very Old Palo Cortado

Harveys Very Old Palo Cortado V.O.R.S. is a sherry crafted with a unique recipe, combining 8% Palomino grapes and 2% Pedro Ximénez grapes, which give it its distinctive flavor. It is aged for at least 30 years in oak casks.

Harveys Very Old Oloroso

Harveys Very Old Oloroso V.O.R.S. is a sherry crafted with a unique recipe, combining 90% Palomino grapes and 10% Pedro Ximénez grapes, which give it its distinctive flavor. This Very Old Rare Sherry (V.O.R.S.) is certified by the Regulatory Council of the D.O., guaranteeing its aging process of at least 30 years in oak casks.

Harveys Pedro Ximénez

A sweet wine crafted with 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes, aged using the traditional Criaderas and Solera system. This Very Old Rare Sherry (V.O.R.S.) is certified by the Regulatory Council of the D.O., guaranteeing an aging process of at least 30 years in oak casks.

Harveys Pedro Ximénez Premium

Harveys Pedro Ximénez Premium is a sherry wine crafted using a unique recipe from Pedro Ximénez grapes, sun-dried and raisined, selected from the Pago de Macharnudo (Jerez Superior), which gives it a distinctive flavor.

Harveys Fino Premium

This is a dry wine crafted from 100% Palomino grapes, selected from the Pago de Macharnudo (Jerez Superior). It is one of the sherries in Harveys’ Premium Range, with its Solera established in 1953.

Harveys Amontillado Premium

This is a highly distinctive wine, the result of the combination of two aging methods: biological and oxidative. Crafted from Palomino grapes selected from the Pago de Macharnudo (Jerez Superior), it is one of the sherries in Harveys’ Premium Range, with its Solera established in 1928.

Harveys Palo Cortado Premium

It is a wine made with 100% Palomino grapes selected from the Pago de Macharnudo (Jerez Superior). It combines the subtlety of Amontillado with the roundness of Oloroso. This is one of the wines from Harveys’ Premium Range, whose Solera was established in 1906.

Harveys Oloroso Premium

Harveys Oloroso Premium is a dry sherry crafted with a unique recipe using 100% Palomino grapes, carefully selected from the Pago de Macharnudo (Jerez Superior), which gives it its distinctive flavor.

Harveys Bristol Cream

Born in 1882 thanks to the combination of the 4 types of Sherry Wines: Fino, Oloroso, Amontillado and Pedro Ximénez.

A unique creation aged in oak casks that has become the most consumed sherry and a true icon of Sherry Wines.

Harveys Medium Dry

Harveys Orange is made from two grape varieties: Palomino, which brings the character of Fino wines, and Moscatel, which rounds off the final flavor with its sweet grape.
