Graham’s Port was founded in Porto in 1820 with the aim of specializing in the production of the finest Ports on the market.
A succession of magnificent wines was produced by Graham’s in 1908, 1912, 1924, and 1927, followed by the monumental 1945 and the legendary 1948. This legacy of excellence has been passed down from generation to generation.

Family owned and pioneering
Graham’s was one of the first Port wine producers to invest in its own vineyards in the Douro Valley in 1890 and is now at the forefront of innovation in winemaking techniques. Today, five members of the Symington family share responsibility for every aspect of the company and personally make Graham’s wines.
Guardians of tradition
The original Graham family motto, ‘Ne oublie’ or ‘Don’t forget’, guides everything the company does. It speaks of a commitment to the Douro region born of respect for the past and confidence in the future.
