Ayala Brut Majeur

Crafted with a blend predominantly of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Brut Majeur is the quintessential example of the non-vintage brut from this renowned Maison.

Its prolonged aging in the cellar and low dosage, just 7g/liter, make it a versatile wine suitable for countless occasions. It is the best ambassador of the Maison’s style, defined by freshness and elegance.

Ayala Rosé Majeur

Rosé Majeur perfectly embodies the originality and delicacy of the Maison’s wines.

Mainly composed of Chardonnay, it includes a small amount of Pinot Noir from the finest “crus” in the Montagne de Reims during production.

Ayala Le Blanc de Blancs

Champagne Ayala Blanc de Blancs, , with limited production, is made only in the best vintages using 100% Chardonnay grapes from the top “Crus” of the Côte des Blancs, the most prestigious area for this variety in the entire Champagne region.

This champagne is notably mineral, fresh, with floral and citrus notes, and a low dosage (6g/liter).

Ayala Millésimé

Power and balance are the defining characteristics of Champagne Ayala Millésimé, crafted mainly with Pinot Noir from the Grand Crus of the Montagne de Reims.

It is a structured, full-bodied wine that matures in our cellars for a considerable time until it reaches perfect maturity.

Perle D’Ayala

Perle D’Ayala is a true masterpiece, produced in small quantities and only in exceptional vintages using traditional local techniques.

It ages in the Maison’s cellars for at least eight years in the bottle, allowing the development of a complex aromatic range admired by connoisseurs.

It is made exclusively from Grand Cru grapes, with a majority of Chardonnay and a touch of Pinot Noir.
